Our testing tools

We work within a wide selection of industries and job categories in Norway

In order to find the right person for a position, we will always emphasize the personal meeting with each individual candidate. In addition, we can use a number of test tools to map personal characteristics, abilities and professional knowledge.

Together with our personal interviews and thorough reference checks, this enables us to select the most suitable candidates for the position and provide our clients with the best possible decision-making basis for selecting the final candidate.

Personality and ability tests

 Temp-Team has had a collaboration with Master for a number of years. We have access to their entire comprehensive test battery which includes personality tests (OPTO), ability tests (CORE) and development tools. When we use tests, we are careful to follow ethical guidelines and methodology, to ensure correct use. Our advisers who use the tests are certified in the test tool used and regularly participate in courses and workshops in collaboration with the Master to further develop their expertise in the subject area.

  • FINANCE ASSISTANT
    We test everything from simpler customer and supplier ledger work, simpler accounting and registration to accounting, as well as reconciling the balance sheet account.
  • A total of 16 tasks, 11 on accounting and 5 theoretical tasks.
  • The recommended minimum score for a finance employee is 65% correct on accounting questions.

 

  • ACCOUNTANT
    From ongoing registration and reconciliations, to reconciliations of balance sheets and profit and loss accounts, as well as monthly and annual accounts.
  • A total of 19 tasks, 13 accounting and 6 theoretical tasks.
  • The recommended minimum result is 65% correct on accounting questions in the test for accountants.
