Our Social Responsibility
Temp-Team always puts people at the centre.
With a focus on the individual, it is a matter of course for the business to have a clear social and environmental profile, in addition to a high degree of understanding of morals and ethics.
The CSR work in Temp-Team is clearly reflected in:
- business procedures
- investments
- guidelines for employees
We work dedicatedly with CSR, and have a sharp focus on the balance between social and ethical responsibility, and financial interests - both now and in the future.

We support Global Compact
SUSTAINABLE PRINCIPLES
In 2013, Temp-Team entered into the UN Global Compact, and since then has committed us to their 10 principles in the areas:
- human rights
- rights for employees
- environment
- anti-corruption
We care about the environment
Temp-Team AS is aware of how we act in relation to the limited resources on the planet. At the same time, we will constantly develop new creative methods to avoid waste and save on consumption.
We do not discriminate against anyone
Temp-Team hires employees solely on the basis of their professional and personal qualifications. Race, religion, gender, sexual orientation and political orientation are not taken into account in our recruitment processes. The same applies to compensation, educational opportunities, promotion and dismissal.
We are different
No country is the same. Culture and level of CSR in the countries Juhler Group is represented are always the starting point when deciding which CSR strategies and which policy best matches the individual company.
We plant a tree for every position we fill
In collaboration with Treeapp, a global tree-planting organisation, we help to plant trees where it is most needed. Through our partnership, the Juhler Group invests in a private forest in Indonesia, focusing on growing mangrove trees.
Indonesia's unique tropical climate and island-rich geography provide the basis for some of the world's richest biological diversity. However, Indonesia has lost over 40% of its mangrove forests in the last three decades. Mangrove forests are important in forming natural barriers for erosion control, protecting farmers' land during tropical storms and floods. These replanting efforts also benefit some 300 species of tropical birds and over 500 species of coral reefs.
