Our History
The dream of having an influence on his own working life led Erik Juhler to found Temp-Team in 1979. He brought with him solid experience from business and the awareness of what a difference it makes for people to experience that their contribution to the labor market has value.
"We started very modestly, and I myself was out as a substitute several times. It was a good way to get to know the business," says Erik Juhler about the small beginnings.

In 2015, JuhlerGroup created an international CSR group consisting of a representative from each individual company in the group. The group works purposefully with CSR for all companies. We implement some general goals without depriving the individual company of the opportunity to implement individual CSR measures.
