Do you need temporary labour for periods, for example during seasonal variations? With new hiring rules from 1 April 2023, companies can staff up for periods, as long as the work is of a temporary nature. Our product Formidling is adapted to the new rules so that you can easily get the workforce you need when the need arises.

About the regulations

As a general rule, employees must be employed permanently, but there are still cases where it is possible to hire employees temporarily. Temporary appointments shall only last for a limited period. Temporary nature means, for example, that you have an increase in workload for a limited period.

When the employment relationship with you ends, we help the employee find new opportunities and ensure a smooth transition.
