Temp-Team offers a flexible model for efficient placement of candidates for direct temporary employment with you. We handle all the practical matters, while the candidates are directly employed by you during the period when you need labour.
About the regulations
As a general rule, employees must be employed permanently, but there are still cases where it is possible to hire employees temporarily. Temporary appointments shall only last for a limited period. Temporary nature means, for example, that you have an increase in workload for a limited period.
