The Senior Purchaser will be responsible to Perform and manage work according to the company & client`s safety & operational demands.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Purchaser position requires an insight into all entities of the company.
You will will participate with establishing solutions for the planned growth of the company.
As a person , you must establish and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
You have experience within technical and commercial purchase.
The Senior Purchaser is a strategic role and will take Supply Chain to the “next level” and into the future.
Other responsibilities include;

Manage tender processes

Negotiate contracts / frame agreements and finalize recommendations for approval

Develop and implement a strategic supplier relationship management program, including KPI’s / supplier development.

Monitor and manage contracts during execution
-
Pro-active management of contract risk and opportunities
-
Ensure proactive handling of corporate social responsibility, business ethics and health, safety and environment
-
Contribute to the further development of procedures and best practices in the department and across multidisciplinary delivery/project teams
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or law with contract management and/or legal experience.

Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in procurement contract management with a strong emphasis on equipment delivery projects
-
(experience within construction, mechanical or industrial engineering sector would be an advantage)
